About DCM

Dynamic Christian Ministries is a humble service ministry created for the purpose of helping local Sabbath-keeping churches.  Over the years, we have heard people from smaller churches throughout the country lament that there is not much out there to help them.  Keeping a small group together is not an easy task.  It requires effort from its members, but many times a local group needs help from others outside its geographical area.  It is for this reason that Dynamic Christian Ministries was created.  It is our desire to help your local church to grow spiritually and to grow in numbers.

Although we are assisted by other people, Dynamic Christian Ministries is primarily composed of three individuals:

  • Wesley White, President

Wes, president and co-founder of DCM, is a well known figure among the Sabbath-keeping communities.  Wes frequently leads congregational hymns, teaches song-leading to others, preaches regularly, provides special music at church, and performs the Buckaroo Bob’s Neighborhood puppet show monthly.  He writes and directs all the puppet shows.  He writes and records the music for all shows.  He provides the voices for three of the puppets. He is the key presenter on the DCM broadcast, writing and directing all programs. Wes is an often-requested speaker in other congregations and has written dozens of papers on key doctrines and teachings of the Church of God. Wes has a B.A. in Communications from Ambassador College (Pasadena California) and has taught speech and business courses. He has written words and music for dozens of rock, country, and religious songs. He has performed as lead vocalist and guitar player in various bands since 1964. Wes and his wife, Nancy, are working on some original, Christian-themed songs for recording. Although born and raised in Hammond, Indiana, Wes considers himself a Texan. Currently, he works as the contracts coordinator for a medical supply Group Purchasing Organization in Tyler, Texas. When not working on DCM projects, Wes enjoys working around his beautiful three-acre yard, composing music, and traveling with Nancy--especially to Eureka Springs, Arkansas. He has also written a novel, Clan of Lilith: the Oldest Conspiracy.

  • Jared Weese, Vice President

As the youngest member of the DCM board, Jared brings a youthful insight and balance to his job as vice president. Jared was born and raised in the Big Sandy, Texas area. He and fiance, Jaime Craig, will be guest presenters on some of the DCM broadcasts. Jared plays bass guitar for church services and is in various bands and provides the voice of Suzie Q in the Buckaroo Bob’s Neighborhood puppet shows. He was a stage manager for a traveling magic show for a year, spending time in New York State and Eureka Springs, AR. A world traveler, Jared has visited Germany, England, France, St Lucia and Martinique. Currently, Jared works as a marketing account manager for a local business-to-business firm. He is the oldest son of Karen and Wayne Weese (who provide tech support to the puppet shows), has two sisters, one brother and three nephews. When he isn’t at work, Jared likes running, playing sports, and spending time with Jaime, including helping her care for the big cats at Tiger Creek Wildlife Refuge where she works.

  • Nancy White, Secretary-Treasurer

Nancy is secretary-treasurer and co-founder of DCM with her husband, Wes. The couple live in Big Sandy, Texas on three beautiful acres of the family homestead where she grew up. She and Wes attend the Church of God, Big Sandy, where she teaches teen class, plays “Miss Nancy” in the Buckaroo Bob’s Neighborhood puppet shows and is a key coordinator for the annual East Texas Women’s Conference. She is a frequent speaker at her local church fellowship club and at various Women’s conferences, in addition to writing articles for The Olive Branch (a publication of United Christian Ministries) and being a presenter on the DCM broadcast.  Nancy has three children: Ryan, 25, Reaghan, 23, and Colton, 20. She works in business to business sales and travels frequently with her job, mostly to New York City. Nancy was born in Philadelphia, Penn. Her family became Sabbath-keepers in 1969 and moved to Texas in 1972. She has two sisters and three brothers, with whom she remains close. When not at work or working with Wes on various aspects of DCM, Nancy enjoys visiting with her children, exercising with her sister, Karen, reading, cooking and shopping.
